The SB30CNC-11A-6S pipe bender is driven by both servo and hydraulic systems. The bending Angle is centrally controlled by electrical systems. The feeding accuracy, pipe rotation accuracy, up and down die changing of the die head, and horizontal die changing of the die head are all controlled by hydraulic systems, each with its own independent oil cylinder. When the bending arm bends, under the control of the servo and hydraulic systems, The clamping, guiding, mandrel and bending parts work in coordination to achieve high-quality bending. 2. Bed section: The bed section is a bent and welded structure, serving as the carrier for other parts. It features a simple structure and light weight, making the entire machine look elegant and stylish.
3. Feeding section: The feeding section can be set at any straight-line distance between the first bend and the second bend, ranging from 0.1 to 1600MM in length, with a repeatability accuracy of 0.1mm.
4. Rotating tube section: The rotating tube section is a three-dimensional space with an Angle range of 0.1 to 360 degrees that can be set arbitrarily. The repeatability accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
5. Die changing section: The die changing section features six different bending radii on a single pipe, allowing for arbitrary die changes of 1R/6R to achieve the effect of six different radii.
6. Main drive section: The main drive section is driven by a servo to achieve the rotation of the bending arm and perform pipe bending.
7. Clamping part: The clamping mechanism is used to clamp the pipe and rotate it along with the main shaft, allowing the mold and the pipe fitting to rotate simultaneously and bend the pipe.
8. Guiding part: The guiding mechanism supports the straight part of the pipe during the pipe bending process. During the pipe bending process, the pipe moves forward along with the guiding die. The clamping actions of the clamping guiding mechanism are all achieved by a servo motor driving a connecting rod mechanism. The side peephole cover plate can be opened to inspect, maintain and adjust it.
9. Mandrel mechanism: The mandrel mechanism is located at the rear of the bed. It can adjust the required bending radius of the mandrel through lead screw transmission. The mandrel movement is achieved by a servo motor. A mandrel support device is installed on the bed to support the mandrel and pipe fittings. If coreless bending is to be performed, the mandrel should be removed
10. Electrical System: The electrical system of the pipe bender is powered by a 50HZ, 380V three-phase AC power supply. The control line is powered by a 380/110V control transformer, which is used to control the operation of the contactor and solenoid valve. The main electrical components are selected from products of internationally renowned manufacturers. All control button switches are installed on a mobile operation console. The point operation and single operation of the core rod, guiding, clamping and bending mechanisms of the pipe bender can be achieved in real time through the buttons on the operation console, which is convenient for machine debugging and maintenance. 11. Die section: The die of the machine is composed of a bending die, a movable jaw, a guiding pressure die, a mancore head, etc. Anti-wrinkle plates and soft mancore heads can also be added according to the needs of users and actual pipe bending to improve the bending quality of the pipes.
