The side peephole cover can be opened to inspect, maintain and adjust it.
9. Mandrel mechanism: The mandrel mechanism is located at the rear of the bed. It can adjust the required bending radius of the mandrel through lead screw transmission. It is equipped with a pointer and a scale to indicate the bending radius position of the mandrel. The movement of the mandrel is achieved by the mandrel cylinder. The lead amount of the mandrel can be adjusted through an adjusting nut. A mandrel support device is installed on the bed to support the mandrel and pipe fittings. If coreless bending is to be performed, the mandrel should be removed.
10. Hydraulic System: The main control components of the machine's hydraulic system adopt hydraulic components from Taiwan. The hydraulic pipelines are made of seamless steel pipes, and high-pressure hoses are used at the movable connection points.
