Brief Introduction
The product is driven by an industrial computer, servo motor and hydraulic system. The display operating system is a touch screen with a full Chinese menu. It has multiple prefabricated bending angles, Chinese subtitles display and human-machine dialogue operation. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operation modes can be freely selected. The mobile foot switch has both start and stop functions.

The SB89CNC-4A-2S three-dimensional CNC automatic pipe bender features a high-rigidity mechanical structure design that conforms to the principles of dynamic mechanics and a precise technological level. While maintaining structural strength, the simple design of the bending hand and the bending head provides the maximum pipe bending space, minimizing the interference range of the machine. When equipped with an automated program control system, it can ensure that the bending work of various types of high-difficulty steel pipes can easily meet the dual requirements of mass production and high precision.
Y(feeding), B(rotating pipe), and C(bending pipe) are all controlled by servo motors and drivers.
The C-axis adopts a servo motor drive control design, featuring a simple head, low bending interference, high rigidity, long service life, high precision, high output power, energy conservation and excellent controllability.
The design of the die head shape has been analyzed through dynamic mechanics. The die head structure is integrated, with high rigidity, firmness and stability. It does not shake during operation and can easily ensure high bending accuracy.
