Installation, commissioning, training and acceptance of the pipe end forming machine:
1) The buyer is responsible for unloading the equipment, hoisting it into position, and connecting the power supply to the equipment. The seller shall train the personnel arranged by the buyer, and the buyer shall assign relevant personnel to coordinate and cooperate. The auxiliary materials such as hydraulic oil used in the equipment shall be the responsibility of the buyer. The commissioning and installation time shall not exceed two working days.
2) The training will be conducted at the buyer's factory. The specific training contents are as follows:
2.1) Operator: Specific operation process, theoretical basic knowledge, and knowledge of safe operation and usage.
2.2) Maintenance personnel: Maintenance, lubrication, repair of equipment, and regular provision of vulnerable parts, etc
2.3) Process technicians: The formulation of pipe end forming processes and the design of pipe end forming molds.
3) Conduct acceptance inspection at the buyer's factory. The main projects are as follows:
3.1) Visual inspection of each device of the machine (visual inspection shows no deformation, rust spots, surface peeling, etc.)
3.2) Check the quantity and dimensions of each device on the list and whether the hydraulic oil has been added to the position for the test run oil.
3.3) The buyer shall assign relevant personnel to the seller's site for the initial training in combination with the pre-acceptance, and inspect the installation and commissioning conditions. After the commissioning is completed, the goods shall be dispatched after both parties confirm that the installation and commissioning are qualified. Conduct the final acceptance at the buyer's site and carry out secondary training

If the equipment malfunctions due to human factors, the seller will respond immediately upon receiving the buyer's notice. If the issue cannot be directly resolved over the phone, someone will be dispatched to the scene within two hours to provide all the parts and services that need to be replaced on a paid basis.
