Installation, commissioning, training and acceptance of the pipe end forming machine:
1) The buyer is responsible for unloading the equipment, hoisting it into position, and connecting the power supply to the equipment. The seller shall train the personnel arranged by the buyer, and the buyer shall assign relevant personnel to coordinate and cooperate. The auxiliary materials such as hydraulic oil used in the equipment shall be the responsibility of the buyer. The commissioning and installation time shall not exceed two working days.
2) The training will be conducted at the buyer's factory. The specific training contents are as follows:
2.1) Operator: Specific operation process, theoretical basic knowledge, and knowledge of safe operation and usage.
2.2) Maintenance personnel: Maintenance, lubrication, upkeep of equipment, and regular provision of vulnerable parts, etc.
2.3) Process technicians: The formulation of pipe end forming processes and the design of pipe end forming molds.
3) Conduct acceptance inspection at the buyer's factory. The main projects are as follows:
3.1) Visual inspection of the machine name device (no deformation, rust spots, no peeling on the surface, etc.) \ n3.2) Check the quantity and size of each device on the list, and whether the hydraulic oil has been added to the test oil position. 3.3) The buyer shall assign relevant personnel to the seller's site for the initial training in combination with the pre-acceptance, and inspect the installation and commissioning conditions. Conduct the final acceptance at the buyer's site and carry out the second training.
